Evidently Rumer Willis recently had to be deloused! But, luckily her peach fuzz-esque hair seems to be growing in quite well. And it came back blonde!!!!You always wanted to be fair haired I'm sure. You should be happy that you didn't loose your eyebrows. However, maybe you should think about having them lightened. That way it will not look like dark bristly flesh-eating caterpillars are attacking your face.
I am glad you chose to forgo the Britney extensions BTW. It probably saved you... ten dollars.
